Beach Sections For Sale.

SALES INFORMATION
- Prices are inclusive of GST.
- Each Lot sale includes the following:
1 a right of way secured to title in favour of the purchaser to enable permanent private access
to boat launching to the Lot owner and his immediate family and guests, up to ten persons at
a passing.
2 A share in the community controlling body as required by Resource Consent Condition
(Flat Point Beach Ltd). This body will own the electricity low voltage reticulation system and will
be responsible for Environmental monitoring and transfer of solid waste to landfill. This body is
also required to draw new owners attention to the Environmental Care Code and to make its
records available to Council annually.
3 Lots 1 to 39 a 1/39th share in plantation reserve and pedestrian
walkways.
4 Lots 40 to 81 a 1/41 share in stage 2 reserves and pedestrian walkways
5 All roads in Stage 2 are private and owned by Stage 2 Lot owners
6 An annual fee to the company every year for Rubbish and Administration and is approx $170 This is set annually by the directors of the company.

Lot 3: A 1760m2 section, this is dress circle and was originally held by the developers for their own retirement use. Because of health reasons it is now available for sale. The build site is elevated and allows panoramic coastal , reef and golf course views . The elevation also allows for multilevel build options.
